This cable assembly comprises of a 4 position, type A, right angle USB plug at the BEP connecting end and a 4 position, type B USB plug at the motor controller end, connected using tinned copper conductor cable having one 28 AWG twisted pair (for data) and two 26 AWG (for power). Twisted pair conductors avoids interference of data signals and offers maximum data transfer rate. The connectors are protected with overmolding which provides good strain relief, increase the flexibility at the cable exit and insulation at the connector joints. This cable is properly shielded with braid copper foil to provide EMI/RFI shielding and insulated using gray colored poly-vinyl jacket which offers good flexibility, abration resistance, toughness and protects the cable from external interferences.
